Magnetic pin detector SMK-1E, intended to lock the doors, windows and other structural elements buildings during opening or removal to protect from unauthorized access rights, a corresponding notice to the remote central monitoring, reacting to the contact breaking detectors, enabled GOVERNMENTAL in train alarm.

Structurally detector is made in the form of contact (magnetically contact) and master (permanent magnet) devices embedded in two absolutely identical plastic box-holders and filled with epoxy glue.

Detector made from polystyrene, which is a widely used polymer because of its high dielectric properties, chemical inertness and resistance to water. Polystyrene is resistant to alkalis, many mineral and organic acids.

The work is based on the closure of the magnetic contact reed relay (pin device) when a permanent magnet (giving the device).
