Optical-electronic infra-red Passive Detectors are widely used in locking the premises of various purposes, as a third line of defense in the systems of protection through technical means of signaling.
Tactics use detectors based on the features of their devices, and the principle of work.
The main structural elements of the detector are:
optical system of collective lens (SLR or Fresnel) with a common focus, which forms sector sensitivity located fan (number of lenses in the system) in the field of distributed (background) of infrared radiation from the walls, ceilings, heating radiators and other objects in the room; pir-element sensitive to infrared heat radiation, which placed the focus optic system; electronic circuit processing signal, adapted to the background the level of infrared radiation in the room. When crossing (input, output) of at least one of sectors of the sensitivity of the optical system of the body, infrared radiation which is above the background, there occurs a sharp increase (especially on the border of the invasion), the amplitude of the infrared flux (surge). This signal is perceived by pir-element processing electronic circuit elements and the executive, and then issued signal «anxiety».
